站规修正案（讨论稿）

2007年2月1日

1. 增加第三章：《本站使用原则》，增加以下5条（原章节号与条款号自动依序
调整）:

1) 本站由UIUC CSSA建立并提供各项支持，对本站的使用不应违背CSSA的各项
宗旨（具体内容参见CSSA章程）。

2) 在不违反其它站规和讨论区版规的前提下，本站尊重用户自由参与讨论和
发表个人意见的权利，尊重用户对本站站务、版主和CSSA提出批评和建议的权力。

3) CSSA保留拒绝任何未经许可的其他团体使用本站的权力（参见以下2条）。

4) CSSA是非政治性校园团体；不欢迎任何团体或个人将本站用于有明确政治
目的的宣传活动。

5) 其他未被CSSA明确拒绝，但与CSSA无关的广告或宣传，各讨论区版主可依据
本版情况自行决定是否允许。

2. 原第38条并入第三章。

3. 原第5条改写为 “本站各项资源均由UIUC CSSA(www.cssa.uiuc.edu)提供，接受
UIUC CSSA COMMITTEE的领导。由站长组成本站站务委员会，处理本站的重大事务。”

4. 第二章增加第8条“新站务由原站务委员会同意后提名报CSSA，若10天内CSSA
COMMITTEE不提出异议即视为通过。

5. 末章《附则》中增加两条：
1)“对于违背本站规的情况，如本站站务或讨论区版主未能及时发现或处理，不代表
站务或版主已放弃处理该问题的权力。”
2)“用户在本站发表的文章不代表本站站务委员会或CSSA的观点。”

I personally feel this statement明确政治目的 is not so good expression, just like if you have a head as a person, you cannot do something. We should take them of your body and then if you can continue living, you can live.
Oh, this is not a good metaphor, if he cannot think in that way, or if you cannot think at least in those area, it is good. We should take these part of brain from your head.
If it says it cannot be used by some other organizations, I think it is acceptable. And we tatally agree with 脏话，人身攻击，恶作剧请勿张贴。
Actually politics is public affairs, people should can express their opinions.
By the way, we understand the effect of the 'Jindun something'. It is pity that a country use so much money to block the expression of freedom which many of them are valuable to a country. It is a miracle in human history. From this we understand this situation. It is so serious? We will see.
But anyway we will study the regulations. We do not want to argue whether it is fair or not. But I feel people should carefully use their public power.

From my knowledge, politics is related to public affairs, if you say, 非政治性原则, then we need to close this kinds of bbs even CSSA, but if you say because we are afraid of CCP, ok, I agree, the bbs should ban the discussion of the Chinese current and future possible political systems.

I can understand the part of this article, then we will possibly record this situation of bbs.cssa.uiuc.edu as the reasons why we cannot do something more in UIUC. But it is obviously reasonable.

People should have the feeling of fear, shouldn't they? or at least camparing to the other interests, this part can be avoided, oh I personally somehow agree with this point,I do not want to be put into prison. I have the feeling of fear, maybe some other people have not. But I personally think it is normal(for average person having fear or choosing other interests). I heard some of our colleagues have not this feeling even their facing the prison or death? I respect them, but I myself am afraid of something.

I will tell the situation about the regulations to our colleagues.
